Hi, I’m Paige, founder of Suspended Playces. With a deep passion for adventure, nature connection, and creating spaces for play and creative expression, learning the treenet craft felt like the perfect intersection of art, engineering, and nature.
 

I’ve been fortunate to train and collaborate internationally with industry leaders including Treenet Willy’s, Filo Treenets, and Nido Treenets. Recognizing the need for these immersive spaces in Canada, I founded Suspended Playces to bring skillfully woven treenets to the motherland — crafting elevated environments that spark curiosity, imagination, presence, and play.
 

Each installation is living art — a co-creation between the trees, the weave, and the people who enter it. Suspended in the canopy, something shifts. The experience invites embodied presence. From that place, inspiration arises naturally — to explore, to roll and bounce, to rest, to look up through the leaves in quiet awe. Whatever unfolds is guided by instinct and grounded in the moment.
 

My intention is that these spaces cultivate deep connection — with nature, with one another, and with ourselves. When we feel held by the trees, when we experience awe and wonder firsthand, care arises organically. And from that care comes a desire to protect, to steward, and to honor the earth — especially the trees that make it all possible.
 

At its core, Suspended Playces is about presence, connection and seeing the world — and ourselves — from a new perspective.
